In today's episode, I chat with Paris Gadsden who is an original member from the MUAC Development Training Squad. Paris' running journey has progressed very well in the past few years especially most recently in the 800m at Vic Milers #1... Paris is also a nurse at the RM Hospital often working long shifts and treating many patients in different sectors. Nursing is an incredibly selfless role and it is amazing to learnt he amazing roles and patients Paris has dealt with! Thrifting is a passion of Paris' too, South Melbourne, or Fitzroy? There's a few cool places to visit during your summer holidays. Nike Dunks and professional Nike Aeroswifts are some of my treasures, the second kindly gifted by Paris. Two things I learnt from this chat is to be happy and healthy, simplicity can lead to great successes in life.

EXAMS ARE OVER = Podcast return! Today, I chat with a great mate from running, Taine Lang. Taine shares his journey growing up in Bendigo and tranisitoning into tertiary studies at the University Melbourne. In this chat, we dive into topical discussions of our favourite running shoes, and what it's like working in a retail shoe store. Also we reflect on the incredible career of Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer who everyone admires both on and off the field. Taine was also a ball-kid at a Federer game! Overall, this chat epitomises the uniqueness of running and how it can lead to great friendships with high-quality athletes and moments of banter that is not shared anywhere else.

Today I chat Entrepreneur, Best-Selling Author, Public-speaker Shaun Gold! Shaun's main lesson is to follow your passion instead of following where the crowd goes. He graduated from the University of Miami and from their he ran the majority of the Miami NightLife scene. Shaun has met many incredible people along his entrepreneur  journey which includes parties with 4x NBA CHAMP Lebron James! Today I chat with my coach Elly who has an awesome running journey to share! She runs through her typical training week during a track season, favourite/least favourite workouts, running in pregnancy. Elly also describes how to manage and coach athlete's from a recreational background and for those who are more seasoned athlete's. Thanks to Elly and the Development Squad coaches, I have gradually continue to develop my running and improve every session. Elly loves Harry Potter too! Today I chat with Tahlia who is a great mate who envisages to pursue media down the road. We chat about her amazing Media experiment interview with James Robinson. Also we uncover the production process as a media-maker. It generally involves quite hefty amount of pre-production set-up, delegating and adapting to different settings and equipment available. Aside from our media journeys, we also cover Tahlia's love for basketball. She has been playing basketball since the age of 10 and also coaches up and coming athletes in the 'Aussie Hoops' program. Tahlia's coaching helps her to develop her own basketball skills, and develop strong relationships with her basketball community. She sets the example for Women in Sport and encourages her friends to join in the action too!

Honoured to chat with talented youngster Max Becker on his media credentials so far. Only in Year 9, Max demonstrates that age is just a number by hosting his very own podcast 'The Sporting Max Podcast' interviewing pro sports people, their careers, struggles and laughs along the way. He has had the likes of 2010 Premiership Superstar Steele Sidebottom and Basketball Legend Andrew Gaze as guests. He has also recently begun hosting breakfast radio alongside AFLW Bulldogs Captain Ellie Blackburn 'The Kids Edition'. Max teaches me a thing or two on how to get into the industry and takes inspiration off Gerard Whateley.

In today's episode, I chat with Zacca Newman who has been at Melbourne University Athletics Club since 2010, co-founder of Run2PB online coaching and ambassador for Pillar Performance. Zacca has a wealth of experience in distance running, his pbs are 30:25 in the 10k , 66 in the half and 2:25 in the marathon. We discuss Zacca's journey through running initially running in College at West Virginia, the importance of doing the little things right and training consistently to succeed in the Marathon, funny stories in Lake Biwa and favourite workouts.

Shyam captures his experiences growing up in Singapore and Malaysia and how it differs to Australia from an educational perspective and living circumstances. We touch on the variety an arts degree offers through Journalism to Economics. Shyam is an entrepreneur and established Oracui, a peer mentoring program for high school students to connect with industry professionals and University students. Shyam is also a volunteer for On My Feet which operates in Perth and Melbourne focused on creating 6 month programs combining, education, exercise, employment to combat homelessness. Shyam also hosts a podcast Insights with Experts focused on interviewing guests who have lived and achieved so much offering their advice to us youth! We discuss the move from growing up in Bendigo to moving to Melbourne. Running PBS, studying Data Science at Melbourne University whilst working at Woolworths. Jack's got great movie recommendations as well go watch 'Good Will Hunting' and 'Marley and Me' two of the best. Jack was also a ball-kid at the Australian Open from 2014-17 and in his final year he had the opportunity to experience the famous 2017 men's final between the G.O.A.T, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal as a ball-kid!
